Introduction

PT Dire Pratama Services (DPS) was formed to support business of the parent company, namely PT Dire Pratama, has now transformed into an independent integrated catering and accommodation service provider with supported by expert team who are very experienced and have decades of integrity in the fields of catering, accommodation, transportation and construction.

DPS developed to meet the growing demand for a dedicated remote site catering and integrated accommodation services provider, specializing in high-quality and safe services for the mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. Our operational team consists of highly experienced professionals who have a proven track record of delivering safe and reliable services with continuity.

Head of Business Operation

With 12 years of industry experience, Esya Paramita is a highly experienced and accomplished professional who holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, and an MSc Management from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Her academic background, coupled with extensive practical experience, has equipped her with a strong foundation in Business.

Greg Kane

Senior Advisor

Greg Kane is a highly experienced and accomplished with over 38 years of experience, including 33 years in Indonesia. As a Senior Leadership Team member for a market leader, Greg has leveraged his experience in steering previous organization’s growth across the Indonesian Archipelago with a strong foundation from the Catering Institute of Australia, and consistently delivered exceptional service to major remote mining, oil and gas, and construction projects since 1991.

Wendi Priambodo

Head of Construction

Wendi Priambodo is a highly experienced civil engineer and construction management expert with over 25 years of industry experience. A graduate of Petra Christian University’s Faculty of Civil Engineering, he has successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects. His deep understanding of construction principles and project management techniques ensures the timely and efficient completion of projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Munawar Salim

Head of Camp & Catering

Munawar Salim is a highly experienced and accomplished F&B professional with over 24 years of experience. A graduate of BPLP Makassar with a Diploma in F&B Service Management, he has honed his skills in various aspects of the food and beverage industry. His extensive experience enables him to provide exceptional service and manage operations efficiently.

Donna Sumarna

Head of Transport

Donna Sumarna is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in the courier, cargo, and logistics industry. A graduate of Darma Persada University’s Faculty of Economics, he brings a strong business acumen to his role. His extensive industry experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of supply chain management, operations, and customer service.
